• Order Placement: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
• Custom Designs: You are responsible for ensuring that designs, logos, or text submitted for customization do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. By submitting a design, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for producing your order.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed via email. Review your order details carefully, as changes may not be possible after production begins.

• Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as indicated on our website.
• Any discounts or promotions are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Lost or Damaged Shipments: Notify us within 7 days of expected delivery if your order is lost or arrives damaged. We will work to resolve the issue, subject to our discretion.

• Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or we made an error in production.
• Defective Items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to report defects. We may request photos or return of the item for inspection.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• All content on our website, including designs, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to Custom Apparel Co. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You retain ownership of your submitted designs but grant us the right to use them for fulfilling your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Apparel Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations or be free from minor imperfections inherent to custom manufacturing.
